- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Acquisitions, Leavenworth, KS, has a requirement to procure multiple strengths of Lisinopril for Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Nationwide. THIS IS A TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. Product Service Code is 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals); the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). All items shall be delivered on or before 7-28-2016. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation VA770-16-Q-0429 shall be posted at www.fbo.gov by 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) 7-21-2016 and will close no later than 1:00PM CST on 7-22-2016. No phone calls please.
