For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F6629AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 38 each up to 118 each maximum of a Connecting Link, Rig; NSN: 3040-01-096-1136, Part Number: 70400-02252-130 applicable to the UH- 60 BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. This item is restricted to WESTERN SKY INDUSTRIES, LLC (CAGE Code: 30242) and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (CAGE Code: 78286). Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 38 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 38 each, 270 DACA with deliveries to Texarkana, Texas 75507-5000 This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Source Approval Request (SAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
