- NSN: 1650-01-204-5359; HYDRAULIC FILTER; WSIC: F IQC: 1000048876; Issue Date:8/2/16; Closing Date:9/1/16 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This will be an unrestricted procurement. The NSN is a non-commercial item. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. This is a critical application item. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be August 2, 2016 with a closing date of September 1, 2016. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
