- Justification for Brand Name 'Best Locks' List of Existing MATOC Contractors List of attendees at Pre-Bid Meeting Amendment 1 - - Due date for Questions is revised to Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 12:00 Noon CDT. - Due date for Offers is revised to Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - List of attendees at Site Visit is attached. - List of Existing MATOC Contractors is attached - Two Drawings have been revised - these are added as attachment and replace the existing versions of the same drawing. - Justification for Brand Name "Best Locks" is attached. - Clarification is provided that work on site for this project will begin no sooner than November 1, 2016. - The following questions have been received and answers are provided: Question: 1. Please confirm if the following bid schedule structure is correct. Item # 1 CP/MPQC Range is the base bid. Items # 2-7 (Operations/Storage Building, classroom building, ammo breakdown building, bleacher enclosure, latrine, covered Mess) are all ooptions bid items. Answer : That is a correct understanding of the Bid Schedule. Item 1 will be awarded and depending on prices offered - 1 or mor or all of the remaing bid items will be awarded. Question 2. Will additional days be added to the 120 calendar day performance periord, if any of the Bid Items # 2-7 are awarded. We respectully request that the performance period be increased by 90 calendar days if any of the option items are awarded. Answer: We are currently evaluating whether an increase in the performance period can be made and another amendment will be posted when that determination is made. That determination should be made in the next couple days. THIS PROJECT IS OPEN TO KSARNG/KSANG MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. Project # 200112, Automated Combat Pistol/MP Firearms Qualifications Course Range, HQ Range Control, Salina Kansas. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Small Businesses who currently hold a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Kansas (USPFO for Kansas). The Pre-Bid Meeting and Site visit will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 10:30 am, CDT at 5100 S Englund Rd, Lindsborg KS 67456. Questions must be submitted in writing to karen.l.robben.civ@mail.mil and must be received by Thursday, July 21, 2016 by 12:00 noon CDT. DO NOT contact engineers or AE with any questions. The Proposals will be due on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm CDT. Proposals may be emailed to karen.l.robben.civ@mail.mil. Contractors/Offerors must include the required Past Performance Information in order to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Past Performance and Price will both be evaluated. A Bid Bond is required for this solicitation. Please see Part I - Provisions for details. Offerors shall submit a bid for each line item of work to be done. Depending upon Prices submitted, the Government may award all LIne Items or may award Line Item 1 and one or several (but not necessarily all) other Line items.
