- Construction NAICS code 237990. This work includes painting, valve and pipe replacement, at the Oahe Power plant Pierre South Dakota. Recent construction contracts of similar construction include painting of spillway gates, rehabilitation and painting of outlet work gates 5 and 6. Replacement of unwatering pumps and valves, installation of secondary containment on the transformer deck. Tentative posting to FBO will be July 25 2016 Plans will be part of the solicitation once it is posted to FBO Tentative date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted; Aug 25 2015 This award will be restricted to small businesses. There will be no charge for solicitation documents.
