- Specifications Combined Synopsis Solicitation NIST requires two (2) SWIR cameras that shall meet the following specifications: 1) High sensitivity at a wavelength from 0.9 to 1.7 micrometers. 2) Compact size. 3) Low noise readout (<40 e) in order to detect low light levels. 4) High dynamic range (>900) in order to work well in high background light levels. 5) High image resolution (at least 640x512 pixels with a pixel pitch < 15 microns). 6) Frame rate of 30 fps to 60 fps. 7) Adjustable integration time. 8) Daylight and low-light modes. 9) The SWIR camera shall include all necessary power supplies and cables. 10) The SWIR camera shall include a standard 50-mm lens with f-number of approximately 1.4 that is compatible with SWIR operation
