- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE R16PS00972 SHOP BUILDINGS Enders Dam and Red Willow Dam Frenchman-Cambridge Division Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program Nebraska The work to be performed will be at two different site locations. Work for Enders Dam project site is located approximately 10 miles southeast of Imperial, Nebraska in Chase County, and Red Willow Dam project site is located approximately 14 miles north of McCook, Nebraska in Frontier County. Work includes building one 30 ¿x40 ¿ steel shop building located at Enders Dam, and one 40 ¿x67 ¿steel shop building located at Red Willow Dam. The principal components of work include: ¿CONCRETE - Place concrete slabs and foundations. ¿STEEL BUILDING - Erect one new Steel Building at each facility location. (Two total) ¿UTILITIES - Install Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing and Heating systems. This acquisition will follow the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15, Contract by Negotiation procedures using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection process. The Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation package is anticipated to be available via www.FedConnect.net and www.fbo.gov on or about July 15, 2016. Drawings, specifications, schedule and site visit information will be included with the solicitation package. Proposals will be due on or about August 16, 2016 at the Bureau of Reclamation ¿s Great Plains Regional Acquisition Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. Note: Exact due date and time will be listed in the solicitation. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition will be issued under Small Business Set-aside procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.5 Small Business Programs, Set Aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with the associated Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or about September 16, 2016. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire project within 300 calendar days from receipt of the ¿Notice to Proceed ¿, which will be issued approximately 10 days after award date. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Provision 4.1102, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov): All perspective contractors competing for federal business opportunities shall be registered in SAM prior to award.
