- Description
- The Contracted Physician Health care services shall provide services, as set forth in Section C, defined in Section C.1.2, within the Nashville Area Direct Service facilities, for the period of July 1, 2016(or date of award) to September 30, 2016, four (4) option years. This contract is a nonpersonal physician health care services contract, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 37.101, under which the contractor is an independent contractor. The Government may evaluate the quality of professional and administrative services provided, but retains no control over the medical, professional aspects of services rendered (e.g., professional judgments, diagnosis for specific medical treatment). Any rescheduling of clinic days or times shall involve consultation with the contractor by the Government, but shall be at the convenience of the Government.
