U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Great Bend, KS County: Barton County Delineated Area: The area to be considered must be within an area bound on the North by Dry Walnut Creek on the East by Frey Street; on the South by 10th Street, to Harrison, then South on Harrison to Railroad Ave., and on the West by Patton Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3050 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3508 Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to exceed 4034 Space Type: Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Parking Spaces (Structured): n/a Parking Spaces (Reserved): n/a Full Term: 10 years (120 months) Firm Term: 5 years firm (60 months) Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part beginning in the 6th year Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: The lessor to provide 28 on-site paved and marked parking spaces in a lot under the control of the Lessor. The Lessor shall provide pull through parking for maneuvering of larger trucks and trailers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
