- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District has a requirement to procure one Submerged Traveling Screen to be used at Bonneville Lock and Dam in Skamania County, Washington. The Contractor must fabricate, test, and deliver by barge one new assembled submerged traveling screen to Bonneville Second Powerhouse forebay at a designated location for unloading with the Government's crane. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 332999 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. A complete Plans and Specifications package will be attached to this announcement on or about 01 August 2016. Opportunites to ask questions regarding the Plans and Specifications package will be provided when the complete package is issued.
