- W912HZ-16-BAA-02 ITL BAA The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) research and development topic areas. ITL provides expertise in the science of information, the practice of information processing and the engineering of information systems to produce enabling technologies for the Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army, Department of Defense (DOD) and their customers. ITL conducts research and development in informatics and computational science and engineering with particular emphasis on high-performance computing, computer-aided and interdisciplinary engineering, computer science, and instrumentation systems. If a Pre-proposal is desired, it shall be submitted prior to 29 August 2016; however Full Proposals are due by 29 August 2016. Full Proposals may be submitted sooner than 29 August 2016.
