- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-16-R-0012: This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220(Commercial & Institutional Building Construction). The small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced construction contract which consists of minimal renovation as well as a new addition to the existing Toad Suck Ferry Field Office Building in Faulkner County, AR. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 & $500,000. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR 15. Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. This solicitation will be issued via Internet on the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fbo.gov on or about 29 July 2016. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://www.fbo.gov and search for Solicitation Number W9127S16R0012 All offerors are encouraged to visit the Federal Business Opportunities Website at https://www.fbo.gov to view other business opportunities.
