The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, to Roofing Resources as a follow-on to continue to match and apply the additional roof materials, insulation coatings, labor and tools to designated areas. The Government determined not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis.
