- Revised Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 4 is issued to: 1. Change the acquisition from 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted. 2. Add information about a site visit to be held on Wednesday July 20, 2016 at 9:00 am PT. 3. Change due date for quotes to Friday August 5, 2016 at 10:00 am PT. 4. Change the Government point of contact to Jamie Kelley. See below for details. AMENDMENT 4 This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation (R16PS00522) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.6 for commercial items. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 811310 with a small business size standard of 7.5 million. The results of this requirement will be Firm-Fixed Price contract (FFP). This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business. THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOW UNRESTRICTED.
