- Pricing Schedule Provision and Clauses Statement of Work Combined Synopsis Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR Part 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote/Proposal for 16-247-SOL-00056 is being issued for this combined service/supply. This requirement will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract under FAR Part 16; a Commercial Acquisitions under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and a Small Business set aside under FAR Part 19. Applicable Wage Determination (Service Contract Act) can be found at http://www.wdol.gov/sca.aspx; then select the State of Arizona, County of Navajo, then yes to services previously provided under Service Contract Act, then "no" to Collective Bargaining Agreement; then "no" to non-standard Services, then "no" to SCA ending in even number; which shall provide the latest Wage Determination. Currently it is WD-2023 (Rev 3) posted on 03/15/2016. The North American Industry Code (NAIC) is 562211; Size Standard $ 38.5 M.
