The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis on behalf of U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), located at Fort Rucker, Alabama intends to solicit under Authority of FAR Part 15, for the Rotary Wing Flight Training Instructor Support Services. This action is being solicited to full and open competition. The Government is anticipating awarding a single cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation depending on what is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
