- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS NOTICE 15 July 2016 1. The purposes of this posting are: (a) to post questions and answers (Q&As) related to the draft unclassified CDRLs, SOW, and Specification; and (b) to provide instructions for interested parties to obtain Q&As related to the draft classified portions of the SOW and Specification. 2. Q&As Related to Draft Unclassified CDRLs, SOW and Specification. The Q&As are attached to this announcement. In order to download the attachment from FBO, interested parties must submit an email request for the information to the contract specialist and contracting officer listed with the posting. This request must include the interested party's CAGE Code and a point of contact to receive the information to include contact name, business e-mail, and phone number. Once approved, the interested party will receive email notification for how to receive the attachment, pending all the information in the request supports access to sensitive information. 3. Q&As Related to Classified Portions of the SOW and Specification. In order to receive these Q&As, interested parties must submit an official request for the information to the contract specialist and contracting officer listed with the posting. This request must include the interested party's CAGE Code and a point of contact to include contact name and phone number in order to receive any classified information. Once received, the document should ship within 72 hours, pending all the information in the request supports the delivery and storage of classified information. Classified information is not sent out on Fridays or the day before a holiday. DO NOT SEND ANY CLASSIFIED INFORMATION VIA UNCLASSIFIED EMAIL. 4. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS POSTING WILL BE ACCEPTED. It is recommended that interested parties check this website frequently for any updates.
