- Government Responses to Contractor Questions Full updated version of the solicitation that reflects the Government responses to Contractor-posed questions provided in Amendment 000001. FDA-16-223-SOL-00045 Amendment 000001 The purpose of Amendment 000001 to solicitation FDA-160223-SOL-00045 is for the Government to provide its responses to Offeror questions pertaining to the solicitation. The amendment also includes an updated version of solicitation that reflects the Government's responses to Contractor-posed questions. Lastly, the amendment extends the bid submission deadline by 3, days to 1:00 p.m. Central Time in Jefferson, AR. on 28 July 2016.
