- Wage Determination 05-2103 Relevant Past Performance Information Reference Sheet Performance Work Statement Synopsis/Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis/solicitation SA1301-16-RQ-0027 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This RFQ solicits quotes for Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repair Services for the Vehicle Barricades at the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC. The requirements are described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017, with four one-year option periods.
