- Draft Section C, Section L, and Section M for Comment The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking comments from applicable industries on the content in Sections C, L, and M, attached. USAID anticipates the award of a multiple holder Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and one set-aside IDIQ for small business concerns in Fiscal Year 2017 for the Famine Early Warning Systems Network 7 (FEWS NET 7). USAID anticipates that the maximum aggregate ordering limitation for contracts resulting from the upcoming RFP will be $1 billion over the 5-year ordering period. Separate ceilings will be provided for unrestricted portion of this RFP and small business aside. This draft posting in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments or future proposal. Comments can be sent to fewsnet7@usaid.gov by the due date as stated on this cover letter. Please include a cover page that states the name of the company or organization, its area of specialization (if any), whether it is a small business and which type of small business, its NAISC code, and the point of contact representing the company or organization. Comments received on this draft version of Sections C, L, and M will be considered in the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID is not taking questions on this procurement at this time. Any questions sent to USAID will not receive a response. This draft of Sections C, L, and M can be viewed and downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov.
