- 1449 Letter Exhibit B Exhibit A Attachment 1 RFP The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) hereby solicits proposals to satisfy the requirements as set forth in the subject RFP to support the Operational Medical Support and Training requirement. This requirement is a small business set aside competitive requirement. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of the proposals or to contract for this service. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections 1 through 7, and specific instructions set forth in Section 6 of the solicitation document. Your proposal must be received at the location, date and time specified in Blocks 8 and 15 of the SF1449 in order to be considered.
