- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 1088-16-FQ-00365 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and should be referenced on all correspondences. This solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set-a-Side acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334210 with size standards in number of employees as 1250. This solicitation, 1088-16-FQ-00365 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), Office of Cuba Broadcasting, Administration Office (OCB/A) located in Miami, FL requires Annual Maintenance Support of their Nortel Option 61C Telephone Private Branch Exchange (PBX) switch and voicemail system. These services are required by an Avaya authorized/certified vendor to continue factory (Avaya PASS) support of this proprietary system. This System is a CS1000, r7.5 with Call Pilot 202i Voice Mail System with 12 ports of Access. Due to OCB's 7x24 broadcast operation the following objectives are essential; Flat service rates Parts & Labor coverage 24 hour emergency service for major failures, with the following same-day response objectives; 2 hours for (PBX) 4 hours for (keys) 8 business hours for routine repair service Remote repair, performance monitoring and proactive remote diagnostics (PBX) Annual system audits and discounted labor rates (Estimate 75 hours of anticipated Moves, Adds & Changes).
