- The purpose of this solicitation is for South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (“SCDHHS” or the “Department”) to obtain a qualified Broker to provide efficient enrollment services for the Managed Care Program (including Healthy Connections and Healthy Connections Prime). SCDHHS is also seeking the same Broker to provide a cost-effective solution to print and mail IRS Form 1095-B.
