- Solicitation The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to acquire contact center tools and services to assist with the continuation of CFPB’s Consumer Resource Center (CRC) to support the Office of Consumer Response operations. This includes a wide range of automated and manual stakeholder support services to facilitate the intake of consumer communications via telephone, efax, mail, and referral (email, API, paper), and as appropriate, respond to, route, address, manage, and analyze consumer submissions.
