- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for temporary services. The Government anticipates awarding a Requirements contract under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) format using best value criteria (See Section M) from this Request For Quotations. Th e work of th is contract will then be awarded by individual Task Orders. Each Task Order will have work locations by district and any other related specifications or needs. This procurement is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 561320 applies to this procurement of which the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 M. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price contract under the Request for Quote (RFQ) Best Value w/Tradeoffs Process Format, using the evaluation factors in Section M. The RFQ will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov ) on or after July 16, 2016. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Offerors may submit questions in writing up through August 10, 2016 to the contracting officer by email: leenorton@fs.fed.us Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format to the contracting officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): leenorton@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. Hard copy submissions may be sent to the address in the solicitation. Deadline for submission of offers shall be August 11, 2016 at 4:00 pm local time (Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
