Description

Construct Outpatient Mental Health Services Building Construction Services for Project #612-401 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bids for a General Construction Contractor for the project to Construct Outpatient Mental Health Services Building at the VA Northern California Health Care System located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, California 95655. Work shall include, but not limited to the following: "Construction of a new Outpatient Mental Health Services Building, approximately 18,700 sq. feet of space. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walkways, grading, drainage, site work, architectural work and finishes, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, telephone, data, security, fire alarm work, medical equipment, utility systems, elevators, landscape, necessary removal of existing structures. As well as the relocation of solar array systems. This Invitation for Bid will be a total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 29th, 2016. The solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Bid Conference and Project Site Visit will be scheduled see upcoming solicitation for the official date and time. It will be held at the VA Northern California Healthcare System facility located in Mather, California. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to robert.parke2@va.gov
