- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure six (6) each, Portable Multi-Process Wire Feeder Welder with power connect technology capable of adjusting to input power from 200-600V, 50 or 60 HZ, single phase of three phase, and must include tribrid power module and iarc high speed digital controls, per Technical Specifications, brand name or equal to Power Wave C300 KK2675-2, in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF). Must comply with all PSNS Shipyard electrical welding equipment requirements per PSNS and IMF 5100/793 (REV. 5-15). All offers will be reviewed for compatibility to Shipyard Standards and Requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 333992. It is anticipated that this requirement will be solicited full and open competition. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, WA. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-16-Q-1641. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 19 July 2016. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 01 Aug 2016 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
