- Attachment #1 – Fuel System Required Parts List The 374th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a potential requirement for Fuel System Parts. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please, do not submit any pricing information. The requested Fuel System Parts will require delivery to one of the following addresses: APO Address: 14 MDB APO AP 96331 or Japanese Address: Kyogamisaki Communications Site 14 MDB ZODESHI, TANGO-CHO, KYOTANGO-SHI KYOTO 627-0245 JAPAN If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the requested parts, please submit the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide materials consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the commodities in Attachment #1 are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by Wednesday, 20 July 16 at 10:00 P.M. EST (Thursday, 21 July 16 at 11:00 A.M. JST). All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to SrA Todd Tolson at todd.tolson@us.af.mil.
