- Combined Synopsis Solicitation (revised to include site visit information and resulting changes) 16.The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors applies with the following addendum: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors The following is to be added to FAR 52.212-1 paragraph (b): 1. Please provide your price quote IAW the CLIN Structure located under detail #9 of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. 2. Offers are due before 12:00PM EST, Wednesday, 27 July, 2016. 3. Offers shall be emailed to jacob.henson.1@us.af.mil. Do not post offers to FedBizOpps. 4. Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes. 5. A Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM EST at Bldg. 1646 at Hanscom AFB, Wednesday, 20 July, 2016. See Clause 52.236-27 SITE VISIT for details. 6. All questions are due before 12:00PM EST, Thursday, 21 July, 2016; answers will be posted to FedBizOpps NLT COB Monday, 25 July, 2016. 7.This RFQ is issued in accordance with AFFARS MP 5332.7 AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS.The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
