- J-1 Product List Solicitation LCCIO16R0186 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, LCCIO16R0186 is issued as an unrestricted Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88/05-16-2016. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 334111 - Computer manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 75 - Office Supplies and Devices. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated single-award purchase order. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and Section M, evaluation factors for award. Library of Congress incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached document.
