- PR: 63671724, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 29 July 2016; CLOSING DATE: 29 Aug 2016. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 3243. National Stock Number (NSN) 1650-010559445. Approved sources: WESTERN FILTER, A DIVISION OF (135320) P/N 327817 HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. (70210) P/N 581995-1 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1B. This is a Source control drawing. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition; however the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both nor is it economical to buy the data or rights to the data. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is Unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition. This item is subject to Export Control. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 272 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Government First Article Preproduction approval required. Testing will be in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications and/or Engineering instructions. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 29 July 2016 with a closing date of 29 Aug 2016.
