- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A16PS00911 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. This acquisition is set aside as small native owned, NAICS Code: 238220. The contractor shall provide a quote to install a Water Softener for the BIE-NMNS-Branch of Facility Management, Ft. Wingate, NM. QUOTE LINE ITEMS: Water Softener Fort Wingate HS (1) HCE-300 Duplex Progressive Flow/Brine Tank, 1 Each = $_________ (2) Labor $__________ (3) Freight $__________ (4) Tax $________ (5) TOTAL: $_____________ Include all applicable taxes in over cost. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.
