- ****This solicitation as of June 24, 2016 in under full and open precedures*** This is a solicitation notice for the design and build of Warehouses (2) at the Colombian National Police Operation Center (CENOP) in Pijaos, San Luis, Tolima in Colombia. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 165 calendar days. If you intend to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in this solicitation package. The USG has scheduled a site visit (see L.9, FAR 52.236-27) and hold a pre-proposal conference. All prospective offerors are invited to attend. The conference will be held at CENOP in Pijaos on August 10, 2016 at 11:00am. If you plan to attend, you must confirm your attendance no later than August 3, 2016 at 10:00am as described in the Schedule B-M in this solicitation. If you need AutoCAD drawings for this solicitation, please email Jocabed Domingue at dominguej@state.gov and Ivan Morales D. at moralesil@state.gov by August 12, 2016. Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing and in English as it's described in Schedule B-M to Larry A. Pruitt at pruittla@state.gov and Jocabed Domingue at dominguej@state.gov no later than 10:00 am Eastern time on August 16, 2016. Responses to the questions will be posted on the FedBizzOpps website (www.fedbizopps.gov). The deadline for proposal submissions is Wednesday, August 31, 2016. Proposals must be received by 10 AM eastern time. Details are found in the attachments of this solicitation package.
