- Provide NSN 4720-00-659-8885, DUCT, REFRIGERATION. PR 0064085408, CAGE 70210 Honeywell International PN 201199-3. Quantity of 3 each. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Honeywell International Inc., CAGE 70210. The agency does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 70210, P/N 201199-3). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 3 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is352 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The estimated solicitation issue date is July 28, 2016 with an estimated closing date of August 26, 2016.
