DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is restricted to qualified source authority (10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or unrestricted. This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight 0.000050 LBS, Explosive Class 1.4. First article testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply.
