- Description
- The Government of the United States of America, acting through the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast, is seeking to lease administrative and engineering space for up to 250 personnel located within the delineated area as shown on Attachment A of this SFO. The Lease is anticipated to commence no later than September 1, 2016, and will have an initial term of one (1) year followed by four consecutive renewal options of one year each. Offers should be submitted in accordance with the instruction contained in the SFO, and are due not later than 3:00PM EST on 3 AUGUST 2016. Paper copies of this SFO will not be available. Faxed Offers will not be accepted. Initial winning offer selection will be based on Location, Commencement Date, Layout Efficiency, and Price evaluations. Awards to the winning bidder will be subject to compliances with the post award requirements of the SFO.
