- The purpose of this sources sought is to identify parking garage facilities within San Francisco, CA., zip code 94104 to provide secure parking for 20 Deparment of State, Diplomatic Security Field Office Law Enforcement and armored government vehicles. The NAICS Code for this requiement is 812930 The Bureau of Diplomatic Security has a requirement for a company to provide secure parking for Law Enforcement and Armored vehicles within the guidelines and specifications contained in subsequent paragraphs for vehicle parking and storage. The vehicles are required to be housed in one facility located within five minutes walking distance from the Department of State San Francisco Field Office (SFFO)location. Close proximity to Department SFFO is preferred because these vehicles are driven by Federal Law Enforcement Offices that are required to carry weapons, transport suspects and evidence to the field office location. The Government will require garage parking for approximately 20 vehicles which include Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Crown Victoria, an armored limousine, a full armored Chevrolet Suburban, and additional passenger sedans for a total of 20 vehicles. The garage must be in a 24 Hour 7 days a week monitored area, not accessible to the general public. Department of State, Diplomatic Security (DS)employees will have 24 hour, seven days a week access to the garage. The garage shall provide manpower to promptly retrieve or park vehicles in support of DS missions. The Garage shall be structurally sound to accommodate the following vehicles: Fully Armored Chevy Suburbans: approx. 10,000 lbs each, 7' high, 18' long Four Door Sedans: approx. 4,000 lbs each, 5'4" high, 19.5' long Limousines: approx. 8,000 lbs each, 5'6" high, 2 1 ' long 15-passenger vans: approx. 10,000 lbs each, 8' high, 2 l ' long
