- This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for a non-commercial services requirement. Solicitation # M67854-16-R-2601 is for services that will provide software maintenance support and software/technical development support to the Marine Corps Systems Command for a portfolio of Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) Command and Control Systems (MC2S) within the MAGTF Command, Control, and Computers (MC3) Program Management Office. Specific tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement are related to software maintenance, technical subject expertise, the development of applications, connectors, extensions, enhancements, and new capabilities for the C2 Personal Computer (C2PC) and Tactical Service Oriented Architecture (TSOA) systems. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps as a full and open competition. The anticipated release date will be no later than August 19, 2016. Prior to submitting an offer, the offeror must be actively registered in System For Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-99 System For Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in SAM under the appropriate business category and NAICS code.
