- The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide: A Service Contract to perform install and maintain Internet access to be provided to patients and family members of patients at the twenty-four (24) designated sites including the one (1) main campus of the Cleveland VA Medical Center as well as the fourteen (14) associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and seven (8) Veteran clinical service centers. Surname, VA Patient Wireless Internet Network Service "VA Patient WINS". The Period of Performance is from 9/15/2016 through 9/14/2017 The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517110. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about July 15, 2016 as a request for proposal. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on August 17, 2016 by 3pm. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Correspondence or questions regarding the solicitation may be directed to Roman Savino, Contract Specialist at roman.savino@va.gov with "VA250-16-R-0402" in the subject line by Monday August 15, 2016 at 3:00 pm.
