- Amendment 0002 St. Francis Lake Control Structure - Scour Closure Repair Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for installation of a stone closure to regain hydraulic control of St. Francis Lake at the Control Structure located on Ditch 60. Work includes a stone closure to provide access to Dam 10 and stop the flow of water at water-surface elevations below top bank; armor downstream and adjacent banks; and install a hardpoint downstream of the access road to prevent future erosion. North American Industry Classification System (NACIS): 237990 Small Business Size Standard: $36.5M Acquisition Strategy: Firm Fixed Price, Invitation for Bids, Competitive Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Magnitude of Work: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Contract Duration: 180 Days Estimated Start Date: Mid July 2016 Issue Date: 17 June 2016 Bid Due Date: 8 Aug 2016, 1:30 PM CST The resulting contract will consist of one 180 days, firm fixed price contract. A copy of this solicitation may be downloaded from Federal Business Opportunities website - https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), including the NAICS code they are bidding under, in order to receive a Government contract award.
