Space requirements include approximately 9,500 to 11,000 useable square feet of office and laboratory (ANSI BOMA Office Area) continguous space. On-site parking for 38 GOV's and 4 visitor spaces. General employee parking for 42 vehicle within one block. Nearby public transportation should be available. Expected occupany is 365 days from lease award.
