- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Federal Pay Setting Basics training, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is AG7245S160039 and is being issued for a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. See the attachments for the solicitation and Statement of Work for all contract requirements and additional information. in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The offeror should be aware that FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders- Commercial Items apply to the acquisition. Proposals are due by Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 12:00 pm Central Time. Proposals should be submitted to Reia Brooks at Reia.Brooks@nfc.usda.gov. Any questions should be sent to Reia.Brooks@nfc.usda.gov no later than Monday, July 18, 2016 at 9:00 am Central Time.
