Description

1. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services for the area of Okanogan County, Washington. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal number is VA260-16-R-0691. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621498, All other Outpatient Care Centers, and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. This procurement is Unrestricted (both large and small businesses may submit proposals). 3. The intended contract period is a base year, plus four (4) one-year options. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 14 August 2016, and the anticipated closing date is 14 September 2016. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms should ensure their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, https://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure the applicable NAICS code (621498) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of proposals.
