- Market Survey The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6130-01-565-1989, Power Supply, Aircraft for a quantity of 114 each. RFP will be available on or about August 15, 2016 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are: Ensign Power Inc., CAGE 05ZM0, PN: 3313-AS-307-7, Alliant Techsystems Operations, CAGE 06424, PN: 3313AS-307-7 and Alliant Rechsystems Operations, CAGE 3EFM9, PN: 3313AS-307-7. Specifications, plans or drawings related to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Should a company wish to be reviewed and qualified as an approved source, they may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. Contractors must document and demonstrate that their product is equal to or better than the currently approved item.
