- This procurement is a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price non-commercial construction contract for replacing existing facility by demolishing two building and site features (including abatement of lead and asbestos containing material) and constructing a new building, including electrical lighting, plumbing, and sanitary sewer, HVAC, communications, security system, site work, and other work for a complete project Colton, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The performance period is 150 calendar days from November 1, 2016. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard $36.5 Million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 03, 2016.
