- SYNOPSIS SPE4A516R0916 TITLE: 1650; Orifice Assembly, PI; STRATOLIFT C/KC-135 AIRCRAFT ENGINE; WSIC: F PR: 0064085161, ISSUE DATE: 02AUG16; CLOSING DATE: 02SEPT16 NSN: 1650-00-322-1251; PR: 0064085161; Item: Orifice Assembly, PI, P/N: 3151-162. The item intended source is Woodward HRT, (CAGE 81873) DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Woodward HRT, (CAGE 81873). Any manufacturer, other than Woodward HRT wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 129 each. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This is a Critical Application item. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734. Production delivery will be 258 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 02 August 2016 with a closing date of 02 September 2016.
