- Sources Sought Info Request Form THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any contractor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the government to determine the contractor's qualifications to perform work. Respondents are advised that the government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. The Oregon Air National Guard is seeking information on sources that are available to provide onsite Project Management Services (non-personal services) in support of the 142nd Civil Engineering Squadron. Projects will be at the Portland Air National Guard Base. The Contractor shall perform project management and inspection tasks for MILCON and SRM projects for the 142nd Civil Engineer Squadron. The services include monitoring and/or inspecting complex projects and substantial new construction, renovations and improvement to real property facilities, maintaining surveillance over projects to ensure compliance with contract document and complete technical reviews of designs to confirm compliance with applicable technical directives and general constructability. Interested firms are to complete pages 1-2 of the Sources Sought Information Request Form and return it via e-mail to nicollette.a.kennemer.mil@mail.mil no later than 1000 Pacific Standard Time on 28 July 2016. At this time due to shortage in personnel and increased requirements, meetings with potential vendors will not be accepted. In the future and if these requirements are solicited for, the ORARNG may provide for an opportunity to meet with government officials prior to the proposal due date.
