- Justification and Approval Sole Source Synopsis The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for two each (model OMT-22-250RR) othromode transducers, eight (model CDC-22-160138A) custom waveguides. IAW FAR 13.106 (a) (1) Millitech, Inc. 29 Industrial Dr E North Hampton, MA, 01060-2351. This requirement is to be used by AFRL/RWWG on the radiating antenna assemblies in the RF chamber Kinetic Kill Vehicle Hardware-in-the-Loop (KHIS) facility to support an ongoing RF simulator development program. CLIN 0001: Orthomode Transducer CLIN 0002: Isolator, Junction, 35 GHZ Frequency 32-38 GHZ P/N: CDC-22-030805 CLIN 0003: Custom Waveguide OMT Side Flange/Round Isolator Side Flange P/N: WR-22 Square CDC-22-160138 CLIN 0004: Custom Waveguide OMT Side Flange/Round Isolator Side Flange P/N: WR-22 Square CDC-22-160138A CLIN 0005: Shipping These items must be delivered to: AFRL/RWWG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 75 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services.
