- Statement of Work Wage Determination Provisions and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The SIC is 7538. The NAICS code is 811111. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation for Caterpillar 815F Compactor repairs within a 100 miles radius of Fort Hood, Texas. The USA ACA Fort Hood requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following Description(s): Year: 2011 Make: AA Model: 815F Compactor Serial Number: OBYN00598 SCOPE OF WORK: Bring the equipment to a fully operational status by completing the following:  Rebuild and recondition entire Fuel System and pump with full CAT certified replacement parts. Replace Injector Pump with full CAT certified replacement parts. Replace Injector with full CAT certified replacement parts. Provide a 1 year warranty with unlimited hours of usage and miles for all parts and labor. At the vendor's expense, respond within 24 to 48 hours of notification to troubleshoot warranted equipment, parts, and/or labor, due to equipment's mission essential status and its use for emergency response within the installation. Vendor to travel to Ft. Hood and complete work on site at DPW OMD, BLDG 40001. The government intends to compete a firm-fixed price procurement under NAICS code 811111. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be signed and dated and submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, July 20, 2016. Quotes may be submitted by email to Yvette.johnson21.civ@mail.mil. Vendors are responsible for verifying the receipt of any quotes submitted by email. In order to assure that you quote is received, you may contact Ms. Yvette Johnson at 254-287-6495. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Any contract resulting will be firm fixed price (FFP) service contract. Delivery shall be 15 DAYS of completion from award. There will be no extensions or negotiations pertaining to the delivery date. Please note that vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) Database.
