- PR 0062644040. This solicitation will contain NSN 5845-01-421-5983, Sonar Dome Fairing. Request for Proposal SPE4A616R0794, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity contract for a quantity of 2 EA. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 310 days ARO based on PLT estimate. Approved source is CAGE 58672, P/N 497A75908-19. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on July 14 2016. NSN is a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met.
